The DELTA system, representing Ukrainian combat technology, has become a pivotal management element for combined forces during NATO REPMUS 2025 exercises. This was announced by Ukraine's Minister of Defense, Denys Shmyhal.
He noted that with DELTA's assistance, over a hundred unmanned platforms – maritime, underwater, ground, and aerial – were coordinated.
"This year, Ukraine once again participated in NATO REPMUS 2025, the largest international forum for testing unmanned systems in maritime operations. Ukrainian soldiers shared their combat experience with partners," emphasized Shmyhal.
The head of the defense ministry highlighted that DELTA confirmed its compatibility with the latest Alliance standards. He also stated that Ukrainian technologies not only meet NATO standards but also introduce new approaches to warfare.
"This is proof of our ability to rapidly adapt to any combat conditions at sea, on land, or in the air," concluded the minister.
It is worth noting that in August, Denys Shmyhal signed a decree to implement DELTA across all levels of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
This digital ecosystem allows for real-time monitoring of the battlefield, effective planning of military operations, and data exchange among units, brigades, and groups, and if necessary – with allies.
The DELTA system is accessible via laptops, tablets, and mobile devices and is used by commanders at all levels.
