On Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 09:30 to 23:00, scheduled maintenance will be carried out for the update of the Unified State Register of War Veterans (USRWV). This is reported by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine.

During this period, the operation of the Register will be temporarily suspended, and the services integrated with it will be unavailable, including:

• digital veteran ID in the apps «Diia» and «Veteran Pro»;
• online and offline services related to the USRWV;
• status verification for veterans in the offices of authorized persons (AOP);
• automated status checks for benefits and payments.

The Ministry assures that all personal data of users will remain protected. After the maintenance work is completed, the Register and related services will resume normal operations.

The Unified State Register of War Veterans is an official database containing information about individuals with war veteran status, combatants, and those affected by war, among others. The Register provides automated status checks for the provision of benefits, social services, and state support. It is integrated with a range of digital services that simplify access to rights and guarantees for veterans.

The Ministry of Veterans Affairs urges to take into account the temporary limitations in operations and to inform veterans and the public about possible inconveniences.
