Recently, the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kyiv signed a memorandum with the charity fund «Superhumans». This document opens new avenues for the rehabilitation of law enforcement officers injured while on duty in conflict zones.

«Superhumans» is a national center specializing in prosthetics, reconstructive surgery, and rehabilitation, including both physical and psychological support, as well as hearing restoration. The center provides assistance to Ukrainian military personnel and civilians affected by the armed aggression.

This memorandum will enable Kyiv police officers to access modern treatment methods based on evidence-based medicine. In addition to medical aid, the parties agreed to collaborate on social reintegration initiatives for veterans and organize events to support them.

«Supporting those who defend our country at the cost of their health is a priority for our organization and the state as a whole,» emphasized the Kyiv police.

Meanwhile, Kyiv has received unique equipment worth three million dollars from Japan for the rehabilitation of people with disabilities.
