On June 17, the Verkhovna Rada approved an important bill concerning the establishment of a Unified State Register for military personnel.

 "This step is significant for ensuring a modern approach to record-keeping and providing services to military staff.

The Register is an electronic database that will allow: faster and more accurate tracking of personnel data; automatic generation of analytical reports on reserves; reduction of bureaucracy and human error", said Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.

The key innovation is the Military ID, a digital identifier that will enable data exchange between registers without revealing personal information.

According to Umerov, based on this system, in the future, military personnel will be able to access social services, benefits, and bonuses online, including through the Army+ app.
