Revolutionizing Military Analysis: The Clarity Program

Ukrainian developers have introduced a groundbreaking program named Clarity, powered by artificial intelligence to autonomously detect military equipment and enemy presence. This was reported by Mykhailo Fedorov, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation.

Previously, analysts spent hours manually examining drone reconnaissance data. Clarity provides a solution to this challenge, offering an innovative AI program for analyzing photo and video data.

According to Fedorov, the program automatically identifies military equipment and signs of enemy presence in images, significantly speeding up the target engagement chain while saving up to 90% of analysts' time and operating on standard laptops.

He also mentioned that the development company won a pre-seed startup competition at the Happy New Fear Hackathon organized by Brave1, receiving a grant that facilitated the enhancement of the Clarity Pro version.

Key features of Clarity Pro include:

  • decoding photos and videos in seconds;
  • linking images to map coordinates;
  • automatically generating and decoding orthophotos.

As reported by the Deputy Prime Minister, over 250 pilots, analysts, and scouts from units like "Achilles," "Nemesis," and "Rubizh" are already using Clarity, continuously improving it based on their feedback.

Additionally, Brave1 recently announced the launch of competitions aimed at developing technologies for explosive production, autonomous drones, and tactical ballistic missiles, with project budgets potentially reaching 100-150 million UAH.

Furthermore, Mykhailo Fedorov indicated that a new air defense system capable of protecting large areas is being developed to safeguard Ukrainian airspace.
