Beginning June 1, a new service for businesses – multi-sharing – will be available in the Diia app.

This was announced by the app's press service.

"All digital copies of necessary documents are received simultaneously, without excessive requests. Clients do not need to scan or send documents individually — everything is transmitted via Diia in just a few clicks. It's fast, convenient, and eliminates the risk of errors or forgery," the statement said.

Here’s how it works:

1. The client presses a button or scans a QR code with Diia;

2. Selects the documents they want to send;

3. Confirms the request with Diia.Signature.

It is noted that multi-sharing functions even when the client does not have all documents — only available documents will be sent, and the system will indicate what is missing.

To connect the service, one needs to set up or update the integration with Diia.

Diia has stated that the service is paid for businesses but completely free for clients sending documents. All technical instructions and information about tariffs can be found on the website integration.diia.gov.ua or via the Telegram bot @AiDiiaStartBot.
