The Ministry of Digital Technologies has launched the monetization process for the "Diia" platform and intends to establish a separate state company with potential prospects for an IPO in the future.

This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov at the DOU Day conference.

According to the minister, the monetization of "Diia" started in May 2025, and the platform may begin generating its first revenues as early as June. One of the initial monetization methods is document sharing.

"Every month, tens of thousands of accounts are opened through "Diia". For instance, Monobank opened 22,000 accounts in one day. Financial institutions are willing to pay for such services," said Fedorov.

He also added that the ministry is gradually working on creating a separate state company for "Diia," which could attract businesses and even sell its shares.

"We will gradually separate "Diia" into a standalone government company. In the future, the company’s shares may be available for sale (likely preparing for an IPO). Thus, "Diia" will become a marketplace where businesses can launch their own services and utilize our infrastructure," emphasized the minister.
