The undefeated Ukrainian heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk has stated that his next opponent will be the winner of the IBF championship match currently held by Daniel Dubois.
This was reported by talkSPORT.
Recently, Usyk mentioned that he has no more than two fights left in his boxing career. One of those will be against either Dubois or Joseph Parker, depending on who wins the match set for February 22 in Saudi Arabia.
"We are looking forward to the fight on February 22 between Daniel and Joseph. Whoever wins this battle, I have already made an agreement with them", – said Usyk.
The Ukrainian champion was also asked for his prediction on the fight between Dubois and Parker.
"52% for Daniel and 48% for Parker – that’s what my team predicted".
It’s worth noting that Usyk’s manager, Egis Klimas, has shared some unusual plans that await the boxer after his career ends.
