He competed in the standard pistol discipline (25 m), achieving a score of 573 – 17x. This marks his 11th medal at world competitions.
Previously, Oleg Omelchuk, Pavlo Korostylov, and Viktor Bankin also secured a bronze in the free pistol event at 50 m.
Maxim Horodynets also earned a bronze medal in the 25 m rapid-fire pistol event.
The World Championship will continue until November 18, with Ukraine represented by 13 athletes in 15 disciplines. At the last World Championship, the 'yellow-blues' won three gold medals: Korostylov and Kulish in individual events, while Maxim Horodynets and Yuliya Korostylova triumphed in team competitions.
Unfortunately, it was previously reported that the international class sports master in shooting, Oleksiy Khabarov, was killed on the front lines.
