Ukraine's Match Against Iceland Set for Warsaw

The venue for Ukraine's match against Iceland in the World Cup 2026 qualifiers has been confirmed, scheduled for November 16. According to the press service of the Ukrainian Football Association, the game will take place in Warsaw at the "Legia" stadium, which our team has never played at before. The arena holds just under 32,000 spectators and is home to the local FC Legia.
Tickets for the match will go on sale soon.
It’s worth noting that the recent match in the 4th round of the World Cup 2026 qualifiers ended with Ukraine defeating Azerbaijan 2:1. Earlier, in the first round of qualification, Ukraine lost to France 0:2, drew with Azerbaijan 1:1, and won against Iceland 5:3.
