The Ukrainian team has made an impressive start at the World Wheelchair Fencing Championship taking place in Iksan (Republic of Korea).

Fencers from 28 countries are competing, with 13 talented athletes representing Ukraine.

In the men's team sabre category, our athletes became vice-champions:

• Andriy Demchuk (category A), Artem Manko (category A), Dmytro Seryozhenko (category B), and Eduard Kudenko (category A).
• Dmytro Seryozhenko also clinched a bronze medal in the men's sabre category B.

We congratulate our champions and continue to support the Ukrainian team at the World Championship 2025, which will last until September 7.
