The coaching staff of the Ukrainian athletics team has finalized the squad for the 2025 World Championship.

This was reported by the press service of the Ukrainian Athletics Federation.

The team includes 23 athletes.

High jump: Yaroslava Maguchikh, Yuliia Levchenko, Kateryna Tabashnyk – women; Oleg Doroshchuk, Dmytro Nikitin, Vadym Kravchuk – men.

Triple jump: Olha Korsun – women.

Pole vault: Yana Hladiychuk, Marina Kylipko – women; Oleksandr Onufriiev – men.

Hammer throw: Iryna Klymets – women; Mykhailo Kokan – men.

400m: Oleksandr Pohorilko – men.

Shot put: Artem Levchenko – men.

Javelin throw: Artur Fel'fner – men.

Race walking, 20 km: Mariia Sakharuk, Liudmyla Olianovska, Hanna Shevchuk – women; Serhii Svitlychnyi, Mykola Rushchak, Ihor Hlavan – men.

Race walking, 35 km: Hanna Shevchuk – women; Ihor Hlavan, Ivan Banzeruk, Yehor Shelest – men.

The 2025 World Championship will take place in Tokyo from September 13 to 21. During the 9 competitive days, athletes will compete for 49 sets of medals: 24 for men, 24 for women, and one in a mixed event.
