Ukraine has secured its first medal at the European Youth Championships in Athletics held in Bergen, Norway.

Artur Felffner defended his U23 European title in javelin throw, achieving a throw of 81.14 meters, marking his best performance of the season.

The silver medal was won by Nick Tumm from Germany with a throw of 80.74 meters, while Eemil Porvari from Finland took home the bronze with a distance of 79.88 meters.
