The Kyiv Capitals hockey team has announced its intention to compete in the Baltic Hockey League for the 2025/26 season.

This was confirmed by the club's press service.

"We believe that joining the Baltic Hockey League is a significant step in our strategic development. We have already received comprehensive support from the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) and the Latvian Ice Hockey Federation (LHF), which organizes this tournament", – the statement reads.
