New Horizons in Education: Mriia for All

In 2025, the Mriia educational ecosystem will encompass 2000 learning institutions from various regions of Ukraine. It will provide students, parents, and teachers with innovative tools to enhance the educational process.

The pilot phase of Mriia commenced in September 2024 across six regions, including frontline cities and remote villages. We tested the system and implemented improvements. Now, Mriia is available for all schools nationwide.

Mriia allows teachers to automate their tasks—from lesson planning to scheduling and grading. They can share notes with students and communicate with parents through secure chat channels.

Soon, teachers will also leverage AI to automatically generate tests, receive completed homework, and create student groups.

For students, Mriia means easy access to schedules, homework assignments, personalized content libraries, and dynamic progress tracking on their smartphones. Additionally, an internal currency, called 'mriiky', will be introduced, allowing children to exchange it for various rewards.

Parents will have full visibility into their children’s achievements and will soon be able to choose extracurricular activities based on their interests nearby.

How to Join Mriia

Mriia is open to every school, regardless of size or learning format. Joining is free and voluntary.

To access the benefits of the educational ecosystem, schools need to submit an application on the Mriia website at mriia.gov.ua/app.

Currently, 150 schools have joined Mriia, and there are 1000 new applications in processing.

The Mriia team is also developing solutions for preschool institutions, which will unify the two stages of education into a single digital system, enhancing convenience for parents and educators.

Mriia is a state educational ecosystem that integrates all learning elements, providing students, parents, and teachers with the necessary tools for an effective educational experience.

This initiative was launched by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and is being implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ministry of Education and Science in collaboration with the EGAP program.
