In Kyiv, on the left bank, the renovation of the new Veterans Support Center 'Kyiv Military Hub' is reaching its final stage. This was announced by the Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration, Marina Honda.
Currently, the main technical works have been completed: electricity has been connected, ventilation, heating, and air conditioning systems have been installed, and water supply and sewage have been provided, with elevators installed.
The final stage involves painting walls and facades, laying floor coverings, and landscaping the area around the Center. The Darnytsia District Administration will soon begin the arrangement of the alley and greening.
The total area of the facility is 812 square meters. The space will be fully inclusive: featuring ramps, tactile tiles, elevators, and barrier-free sanitary facilities.

After the opening, veterans and military personnel will be able to receive:

  • legal consultations;
  • psychological support;
  • assistance with employment and retraining;
  • social support and consultations from specialists.

Additionally, the hub's structure includes sports and rehabilitation rooms, a conference hall for training and events, and a separate psychologist's office.
After the renovations are completed, the next phase will be equipping the space with furniture and equipment.
“The opening of the new 'Kyiv Military Hub' will be an important step in the development of the city's support system for veterans and military personnel — for recovery, adaptation, and reintegration into active life,” emphasized Marina Honda.
The project is supported by members of the International Samaritan organizations, including partners from Germany, Austria, Latvia, and the organization 'White Cross South Tyrol'.
