The company "Kyivvodokanal" has officially denied rumors concerning an increase in its service tariffs. This was stated in their announcement.

Information circulating on social media and Telegram channels suggested that water supply and sewage tariffs had risen fourfold. The company clarified that this is not true.

According to "Kyivvodokanal", the tariffs remain at the levels established before February 24, 2022. They explained that any discrepancies in billing are due to technical failures in payment systems.

"We advise consumers to refrain from making payment transactions until the issue is resolved", - the company added.
