The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has revised the list of goods and services that are exempt from taxation.
This information was announced on the official website of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine.
The changes are primarily aimed at enhancing the capabilities of civil society organizations to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, combat participants, and internally displaced persons.
According to the Ministry, the new regulation allows volunteers to import vehicles into Ukraine without taxation.
“The list has been reduced from 500 to 133 items, while including numerous new entries necessary for defenders and internally displaced persons, such as drones, electronic warfare systems, and tactical medical supplies,” the statement noted.
The updated resolution also introduces new categories including “Medical Services” and “Educational and Scientific Services.”
“This means that combat participants, military personnel, veterans, and IDPs will have enhanced access to medical and educational services funded by charitable contributions under special conditions,” the agency explained.

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a list of goods temporarily exempt from excise tax and VAT.
