A new era of drone production has begun between Denmark and Ukraine. President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this during a press briefing with European Council President Charles Michel.
“We are actively developing partnerships with European nations. The first joint production line is now operational in Denmark. We have secured all agreements, and the launch is underway. We aim to establish similar lines with other European countries,” stated Volodymyr Zelensky.
It is important to note that on July 4, Ukraine and Denmark signed an agreement allowing Ukrainian defense manufacturers to export cutting-edge technologies. Additionally, Denmark will allocate €1.26 billion this year to support long-range Ukrainian drones.
Moreover, Ukraine is collaborating on drone technologies with various other nations. At the MSPO 2025 exhibition in Poland, a delegation from Taiwan's defense industry signed memorandums of cooperation with both Polish and Ukrainian partners in the field of unmanned technologies.
Earlier reports also indicated that Ukraine and the Philippines are planning joint drone production ventures.
