In Ukraine, the option to pay fines for violations of military registration rules online has been introduced. Now, citizens who have not registered after changing their place of residence can resolve this issue through the «Reserve+» application. To use the service, you need to download or update the app and submit an application for recognition of the violation in the «Fines Online» section. The territorial recruitment center will review it within three days and send a ruling. After that, the service will allow you to pay the fine, which amounts to 8,500 hryvnias, equal to 50% of the total amount. The payment can be made within 20 days.
