The "DiiA" app has restored access to services for drivers, specifically for replacing technical passports and re-registering vehicles.

This was announced on the official Facebook page of "DiiA".

"All driver services are back. Together with the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, we have resolved the technical issues, and now passport replacement and vehicle re-registration are available again in the "DiiA" app," the message states.

The app emphasized that the services operate automatically and are available for ordering.

"The Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will verify your documents, and Ukrposhta will deliver the new technical passport and license plates — either to the nearest post office or by courier directly to your door," the app explained.

This service is implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine in collaboration with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the state enterprise "Infotech", and the joint-stock company "Ukrposhta".
