A new series of sailing training sessions for veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war is starting in Kyiv.

This initiative is organized by Kyiv Military Hub in collaboration with the Kyiv City Cruising Yacht Club.

The first session is scheduled for August 14 at 11:00 AM.

Training will take place in the permitted area of the Dnipro River, in groups of 5-6 individuals. Participation is free and exclusively available to combat veterans and those with disabilities due to the war.

Sessions will be held every Tuesday and Thursday, with the meeting location provided individually after registration.

Organizers note that the number of spots is limited. Failure to show up without prior notice may restrict participation in future events.

The project aims to support the physical and psychological rehabilitation of veterans, as well as their social adaptation through active engagement and sports.
