«Starting today, a direct connection between Kyiv and Bucharest will be operational in test mode. Two specially equipped carriages will depart for the Romanian capital via Chișinău and will return to Kyiv tomorrow,» — reports NV, citing the channel «We Ukraine» about the joint press conference of Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha and Romanian Foreign Minister Oana-Silvia Cătușa, who visited Kyiv on an official visit on August 7.
