Karol Nawrocki has officially become the new president of Poland, taking his oath during a ceremonial event at the Sejm.

Details: Supporters of Nawrocki gathered outside the building early in the morning, chanting slogans in his favor.
Shortly after 10 AM local time, Karol Nawrocki took the oath of office, succeeding Andrzej Duda.
Duda, who is leaving after two terms, addressed the nation on Tuesday evening, promising to remain actively involved both domestically and internationally.
