The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has broadened the range of equipment eligible for cost compensation as part of the 'Made in Ukraine' initiative.
This was announced by the press service of the Cabinet.
The program offers a 15% reimbursement of expenses.
Starting from August 4, 2025, the list of equipment eligible for compensation will include drilling rigs, logistics equipment, boilers, machinery, and drone components.
Additionally, the government has allowed municipal enterprises to receive 15% compensation for Ukrainian equipment purchased with funds generated from their own economic activities.
The Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture has allocated funds for the 15% compensation program for Ukrainian wheeled, construction, and energy equipment, as well as elevators manufactured in Ukraine.
It is reported that 13 enterprises, which submitted applications in June, will receive a total compensation of over UAH 13 million. They purchased 26 units of equipment with a total value of UAH 104.6 million (including VAT) from eleven manufacturers: various models of semi-trailers, elevators, passenger buses, forklifts, transformers, and other equipment.
According to the ministry's data, over the 7 months of the current program phase (which started in December), 127 units of wheeled, construction, and energy equipment, as well as elevators, have been acquired for a total value of over UAH 465 million (including VAT).
