From July 14 to August 22, the funicular in Kyiv will be closed for its annual maintenance.

This information was shared by the press service of the Kyiv City State Administration, referencing KP "Kyivpastrans".

During the maintenance, specialists will repair the machine, compressor, and thyristor halls. They will also inspect the track and partially replace the sleepers.

Moreover, plans include a major overhaul of the components and assemblies of the cars, equipping the machine hall, and conducting bodywork repairs.
