A new initiative is being launched in Ukraine to provide housing for displaced persons from Mariupol. This project is a collaboration between the Ministry of Community Development and the Bila Tserkva City Council.

According to Deputy Prime Minister Oleksii Kuleba, funding will come from the budget of the Mariupol community. The government is expected to make a decision soon that will allow construction to begin.

The project entails the construction of three residential complexes on a designated municipal land area of approximately 11 hectares.

Kuleba stated that the new quarter will consist of municipal rental housing provided to displaced persons under social conditions, as well as subsidized mortgages for Mariupol residents who require assistance in purchasing homes. Priority groups include military personnel, veterans, families of the deceased, large families, and persons with disabilities.
