Ukrposhta has unveiled a new postage stamp dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the National Police of Ukraine.

The release took place on July 4, coinciding with the National Police Day, as reported on the postal operator's website.

The stamp features an officer holding a weapon.

"The National Police of Ukraine is not just about maintaining order; it is also about actively resisting the armed aggression from the Russian Federation. Officers evacuate people under fire, save children, document and effectively solve crimes, and counter the enemy in the rear," the stamp's description states.

During the full-scale war, the National Police not only maintained security stability in the country but also transformed into a multifunctional mechanism, ranging from civilian evacuation to participation in combat operations and aeromedical evacuation of the injured.

A sheet containing six stamps can be purchased for 600 hryvnias.
