Specialists have improved the ecological status of Lake Zhandarka and the Orikhivatsky ponds.

The municipal enterprise «Pleso» informed about the active use of innovative technologies for enhancing Kyiv's water bodies. Recently, the treatment of Lake Zhandarka was conducted using the bioactivator «Avelife». This initiative highlights the commitment of «Pleso» to environmental protection and the sustainable development of the capital's water resources.

«The bioactivator „Avelife“ is a modern solution for the comprehensive restoration of water bodies. It is designed for effective purification of the aquatic environment, restoration of its ecological balance, as well as significant improvement of water quality and increased biological activity. Additionally, „Avelife“ promotes the active breakdown of both organic and inorganic pollutants accumulating in the water, thereby ensuring the rehabilitation of the water body», — explained the representatives of «Pleso».

Measures to improve the condition of the Orikhivatsky ponds were also undertaken in the Holosiivskyi district.

The Kyiv Holosiivskyi District Utility Company, based on recommendations obtained during the monitoring of water bodies, is conducting activities to enhance the state of the Orikhivatsky ponds by introducing a special biodestructor for water bodies.

As explained by the Holosiivskyi District Utility Company, the biodestructor is a natural, effective biopreparation based on beneficial microorganisms and enzymes for purification and restoration of the ecological balance of water bodies, also:

• eliminates «water blooming»;
• removes unpleasant odors;
• reduces bottom sediment levels;
• eliminates pathogenic microflora;
• restores the oxygen regime of the water body;
• improves the microbiological indicators of water;
• cleans the water body from organic pollution.

The product contains no chemical reagents, is non-toxic. It does not harm the health of humans, animals, fish, and aquatic plants. It is not a pollutant of the soil, air, or water. It does not damage plastics, stones, metals, or other materials. It does not cause allergies.
