During the day in the capital, a criminal openly snatched a gold chain with a cross from a woman. This piece of jewelry was a cherished family heirloom for her. Thanks to the prompt actions of the police, the suspect was identified and apprehended, and the stolen item was recovered.

The woman reported to the police that an unknown man had aggressively taken the gold chain from her neck in a park near a bus stop and then fled the scene. The operational group of the Solomianskyi Police Department was immediately dispatched to the location.

Authorities discovered that the attacker was a 34-year-old resident of the city with a prior criminal record.
