The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has finally granted PrAT "Kyivstar" permission to take control of the owner of the Tabletki.ua service, LLC "MTPK".
The decision was made on January 29, 2026.
It is worth noting that in 2022, Kyivstar acquired a controlling stake in the healthcare digital platform Helsi, and in May 2025 increased its stake in Helsi from 69.99% to 97.99%.

Initial attempts to acquire Tabletki.ua were reported in early 2025. According to the AMCU, Kyivstar submitted an application to acquire the online booking service Tabletki.ua back in November 2024 but was denied at that time. In February 2025, Kyivstar re-applied to the AMCU for the acquisition of LLC "MTPK".

In August 2025, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine established that if the online health systems Helsi and Tabletki.ua were to merge, their combined market shares could exceed 35%, raising concerns about potential monopolization. However, on January 29, 2026, the regulator finally allowed Kyivstar to purchase the owner of Tabletki.ua.

Tabletki.ua is a platform that allows users to find and reserve medications at local pharmacies. Founded in 2010, it has rapidly grown to nearly 10 million users. The founders, brothers Oleksandr and Yevhen Muravskyi, introduced a booking feature that significantly boosted the service's popularity.

According to Forbes Ukraine, the estimated value of Tabletki.ua may range from $30 to $80 million due to the high profitability of the business, with a net profit margin of 89% in 2024.

Recently, there were reports of Kyivstar's intent to acquire a stake in COMFY, but sources from Scroll Media indicate that this deal will not take place. Furthermore, Kyivstar is also in talks regarding a potential acquisition of RIA.com.
