In 2024, Ukrposhta generated a revenue of UAH 12.9 billion, surpassing the previous year's figures by UAH 1.3 billion or 12.1%.
This was announced by the company's press service.
Furthermore, in 2023, the company's revenue also rose by 12% compared to 2022, amounting to UAH 11.6 billion.
Meanwhile, the EBITDA figure reached UAH 659.3 million, contrasting with -UAH 22.9 million in 2023, and -UAH 462.8 million in 2022.
Key growth drivers identified for 2024 include:
- international postal exchange revenue — +45%;
- payment processing — +28.3%;
- accelerated international EMS delivery — +26.6%;
- international shipments (small packages) — +25.5%;
- parcels — +10.8%.
However, Ukrposhta reported a net loss, which has nearly halved to UAH 413.2 million compared to last year's UAH 796.4 million. The main factors contributing to this loss were currency fluctuations (UAH 246.9 million) and costs associated with maintaining property that cannot be sold due to legal restrictions (UAH 43.2 million).
Additionally, Ukrposhta emphasized that the company currently holds no debts to state budgets or targeted state funds.
In total, throughout 2024, the company paid UAH 3.1 billion in taxes and mandatory payments, which is UAH 124 million more than in 2023.
