The organization “Nordic Ukraine Forum” hosted an academic seminar in Stockholm titled “Why Ukraine Matters”, as reported by the organization.
The event took place on February 27 and targeted senior students from leading North American universities studying in Sweden.
During the seminar, chairperson Alina Zubkovych and Swedish Parliament staff member Anastasia Leneko discussed several critical issues, including Ukraine's achievements and challenges over three years of war, Europe's role in supporting the country, and the relationship between Ukraine and Sweden.
The speakers also emphasized the historical context and the current military and humanitarian aid that Sweden provides to Ukraine.
“This event served as an important reminder of Ukraine's resilience and the need for international support, particularly from Sweden and the USA, to ensure the country’s stable future,” the organizers stated.
