The NATO summit scheduled for June 24-25 in The Hague will last only one day. According to some sources, this short format may be due to President Donald Trump's preference for brief meetings.

The agenda of the summit is already published on the Alliance's official website.

The summit's schedule adjusted for Trump: key events will occur within 24 hours.

June 24 (Tuesday):

  • 1:30 PM local time – plenary session of the NATO Defense Industry Forum.
  • 7:00 PM – working dinner of the NATO-Ukraine Council at the foreign ministers' level.

June 25 (Wednesday):

  • 10:30 AM – North Atlantic Council meeting at the heads of state and government level, the main event of the summit.
  • 2:00 PM – final press conference by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte to summarize the leaders' meeting.

Thus, the official activities for the leaders of the member countries will be concentrated within one day, June 25.
