The Ukrainian air defense forces managed to neutralize 110 out of 138 drones used in the attack from the evening of January 25. This information comes from the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine via Telegram.
Starting at 18:00 on Sunday, January 25, Russian forces launched an assault using 138 strike drones of the Shahed type, "Gerbera", and other models from directions including Kursk, Oryol, Bryansk, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (RF), and the temporarily occupied Donetsk. About 90 of these were Shahed-type drones.
The attack was countered by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and unmanned systems, as well as mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 08:00 on Monday, January 26, the air defense forces reported the destruction of 110 drones in northern and eastern Ukraine.
There were hits recorded from 21 strike drones at 11 different locations, along with debris falling at one of the sites.
The attack is ongoing, with several enemy drones remaining in the airspace.
