Ukrainian Defense Forces Neutralize New Threats

In the night leading to Saturday, defense forces successfully disabled four ballistic missiles and 50 drones that the Russian army used to attack Ukraine. This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine via Telegram.
According to military sources, from 7 PM on Friday, October 24, Russian invaders launched a total of nine Iskander-M type ballistic missiles from the Rostov and Kursk regions, as well as 62 drones, including Shahed and "Gerbera," from their cities of Kursk and Oryol, and from the temporarily occupied Hvardiyiske (ARC Crimea). About 40 of the enemy drones were of the Shahed type.
The air assault was repelled by anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian defense forces.
As of 9 AM on Saturday, preliminary data indicates that the air defense shot down or jammed four ballistic missiles and 50 enemy drones of various types across the north, south, and east of the country.
At 11 locations, impacts from five ballistic missiles and 12 strike UAVs were recorded. Additionally, debris from downed targets was found at four other locations. The Air Forces emphasize: the enemy attack is ongoing, and several Russian drones continue to be detected in the skies over Ukraine.
