The air defense forces successfully neutralized 126 out of 152 attacking drones, as reported by the Ukrainian Air Forces on Telegram.
On Tuesday, September 23 at 6 PM, Russian forces launched a massive attack with 152 UAVs, including types such as Shahed and "Gerbera", from various directions: Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, Shatalovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (RF), and from temporarily occupied Crimea. Approximately 80 of these were Shahed drones.
Aircraft, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups were engaged in the defense.
As of 9 AM on Wednesday, September 24, the air defense reported the destruction or suppression of 126 UAVs across various regions of Ukraine: in the north, south, east, and center.
There were 26 recorded hits at 7 locations, as well as debris falling at 2 locations. Russian forces attacked the energy infrastructure of Kharkiv with 18 UAVs, leading to power supply disruptions in two districts.
