On the evening of August 4, aggressors launched a new attack on Ukraine, deploying "Iskander-M" missiles and 46 strike drones of the Shahed type, along with various imitation drones; 29 drones were neutralized, but there were also hits on targets.

This was reported by the Ukrainian Air Force via Telegram.

According to the Air Force: "As of 08:00, our air defense has intercepted/neutralized 29 enemy drones of the Shahed type and various other drones in the northern and eastern parts of the country.

Hits were recorded from 17 drones in the eastern direction, 1 ballistic missile, and debris falling in 3 locations in the southern and northeastern directions".

Details: It is noted that the invaders launched drones from Russian cities of Kursk, Bryansk, Oryol, and Primorsk-Akhtarsk, while the missile was fired from the Bryansk region of Russia.

Airspace defense was carried out by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, and unmanned systems, along with mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
