Six people, including a young child, lost their lives due to a Russian strike on the capital during the night of July 31.

This was reported by the head of the Kyiv Military Administration, Timur Tkachенко, on Telegram.

"We have 52 injured, nearly 30 hospitalized. Among the injured are 9 children. So far, services have confirmed 6 fatalities. Four of them were in the Svyatoshyn district, and two in the Solomyansky district. One of the deceased is a six-year-old boy," Tkachенко noted.

He added that the search and rescue operation is ongoing.
