On the night of June 23, a Russian attack devastated the "CSM. Bila Tserkva" clinic in Kyiv region, where rehabilitation for patients with disabilities was conducted.

This facility typically served children from the Fastiv Educational Rehabilitation Center, stroke patients, palliative care recipients, and military personnel recovering from injuries or captivity, as noted on the clinic's Facebook page.

The attack obliterated the clinic building, as well as the rehabilitation and physiotherapy departments.

"The clinic, which offered children with disabilities a chance at a fulfilling life, was destroyed by a direct hit," reported the TulSun Foundation, which had supported this clinic for over two years.
