Hostile forces have struck at civilian infrastructure in the Sumy region, specifically targeting the Sumy community.

This was reported by the regional military administration via Telegram.

«Around 5:30 PM, the enemy launched an attack on civilian infrastructure in the Kovalivka district. Preliminary reports suggest it was a strike using a drone. As a result of the shelling, one of the enterprises was damaged, but there were no casualties,» the report states.

A fire broke out at the site of the attack, and efforts to mitigate the aftermath are currently ongoing.
