Today, our entire family at the State Emergency Service gathered to pay tribute to three rescuers — Pavlo Yezhor, Danylo Skadyn, and Andriy Reminnyi. They tragically lost their lives on June 6 while saving people after a brutal attack by Russian forces in the Solomyanskyi district of the capital.
These brave individuals did not carry weapons, nor did they engage in combat. They sacrificed their lives to save others. Their heroism is timeless. Their names will forever be in our hearts. This is a pain that words cannot express.
We also pray for the 21 injured rescuers from Kyiv and Ternopil who were affected by the enemy strikes that day. Stay strong, dear ones - we are with you in spirit.
Eternal memory to our heroes. We will never forget. We will never forgive.
Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the heroes!
