Two people were injured as a result of a Russian attack in Kupiansk, Kharkiv region.

Direct quote: "Around 9:20, the enemy shelled Kupiansk. Preliminary reports indicate that the occupiers used a guided aerial bomb".

According to Synegubov, the victims are two 60-year-old men who worked for the local utility company. They were hospitalized in serious condition.
