At approximately 10:30 AM, the Russian military launched an airstrike on the town of Kup'yansk in the Kharkiv region.

According to the regional prosecutor's office, the attack resulted in the death of a 63-year-old man who was struck by the explosion.

Investigators have reported that on May 14, around 10:30 AM, Russian forces again targeted the residential sector of Kup'yansk.

This shelling claimed the life of a 63-year-old man who was outside on his property.

For the attack, an aerial bomb FAB-1500 was used, equipped with a universal guidance and correction module.

A criminal investigation has been initiated regarding this war crime that led to the death of a civilian, under part two of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
