In detail: The 'Lukyanivska' station once again suffered damages, including a broken glass dome and facade. The shockwave ripped part of the MDF, and the station's name was also damaged.
Metro specialists are actively working to restore the affected areas. Some vestibule sections are temporarily closed off.
However, passenger services continue without interruption, and the station is operating as usual, as confirmed by metro officials.
It is reported that over 16,000 people, including 1,660 children, took shelter in Kyiv's metro during the combined attack.
Currently, 46 underground stations are open 24/7 for shelter. All vestibules are accessible during air alerts. Staff provide modular benches, folding chairs, blankets, and mattresses. It is advised to bring warm clothing when heading to the station at night.
