Following a significant cyberattack that temporarily halted operations of state registries, the service "eRestoration" is now fully operational. This has been reported by the press service of the Ministry of Regional Development.
"Homeowners of damaged or destroyed properties can submit a request for compensation through the portal or the "DiiA" app, or via the Administrative Services Center," the statement said.
Additionally, the reservation period for funds for homeowners with existing residential certificates has been extended by 30 days - until February 20, 2025 inclusive.
"This will allow for a more relaxed process in concluding purchase and sale agreements for new housing to replace the destroyed ones," the ministry explained.
