On September 13, rescue workers from Prykarpattya responded to a call for help from Hoverla Mountain. A tourist born in 2013, part of a group, experienced a health issue and required assistance.
The mountain search and rescue team from the village of Vorokhta quickly reached the affected individual, administered first aid, and transported her to the "Zaroslyak" sports base.
The State Emergency Service urges hikers to follow basic safety guidelines: choose routes suitable for their physical condition, carry a first aid kit, have communication devices, wear appropriate clothing and footwear, and check the weather forecast before heading out.
