The new dormitory is fully accessible for individuals with disabilities, featuring ramps, specially designed bathrooms for wheelchair users, Braille signage, and tactile paving. The area is equipped with LED lighting and barrier-free pathways.

In the Pereyaslav community, the first phase of a modern dormitory for internally displaced persons, which will house employees of the "Niva Pereyaslavshchyna" group of companies, has been completed. This was announced by Mykola Kalashnyk, the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, on his social media page.

"Even during the war, businesses continue to construct new facilities, keeping people in mind. Initiatives like the one in Pereyaslav should set an example. When an employer not only creates jobs but also provides safe and comfortable housing, it is a powerful support for the entire region," emphasized the head of the KOVA.

The dormitory was built amid the full-scale invasion at the initiative of the company's owner, Oleksandr Mostipan. The building meets all modern standards, featuring an autonomous pellet boiler, generators, its own heating point, and a water purification system. In case of an emergency, the housing remains completely energy-independent.

Each block includes two spacious rooms, a kitchen with a refrigerator and a washing machine, and a separate bathroom with a shower. The building is equipped with fire alarms, a firefighting pond, a shelter, as well as sports and recreation rooms.

Construction of the second phase is ongoing, with roofing and part of the interior work already completed, and facade work currently underway. The project is expected to be finished by autumn. A total of up to 300 people will be able to live in the two buildings.

"All work is carried out by the company's own construction unit, using modern materials, and done with quality and professionalism. Every detail, from engineering solutions to living conditions, is carefully considered with regard to the comfort, safety, and dignity of those who have undergone forced relocation due to Russian aggression," added Mykola Kalashnyk.
