The Damage Register Adds Category "Death of a Family Member"
The International Damage Register, caused by Russian aggression, has expanded its categories to include claims regarding the death of a family member due to the war.
In April, at the international conference "Restoration of Justice for Ukraine" in The Hague, the launch of claims submission to the Damage Register was announced. Initially, it concerned only one category of applicants, namely the damage or destruction of residential property.
Later, rules and forms for new claims categories were established. The Register will include over 40 categories.
