As of July 1, 2025, the functions previously handled by the State Special Communications Service within the "Drone Army Bonus" project, also known as "e-points", will be transferred to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Defense, the Defense Procurement Agency, and the Brave1 defense cluster.
We at the State Special Communications Service, along with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Defense, and other partners, launched this initiative from scratch. We designed, tested, and implemented it. And we proved: it works.
At the same time, the State Special Communications Service was tasked with several key roles: verifying points for destroyed enemy targets, accepting applications for equipment supplies from military units within the project, signing contracts with suppliers, receiving products, and delivering them to defenders according to the submitted requests. The State Special Communications Service successfully fulfilled the assigned tasks.
Now, as the time has come to scale the project and other participants have gained the necessary capabilities, we are transferring our functions to the bodies that are meant to carry out these tasks.
